this March of 2008 in Eau Claire, WI. "Our entry into the Security Industry is strategic; we have vast experience

and beyond. NetGuard Security Solutions, LLC is a related company to NetTel Communications of Eau Claire. NetTel
Communications provides telephone systems, data & voice cabling, fiber optics, conference room presentation systems
and more.
The companies are also the founding contributors to the Community Technology Fund, a Donor Advised Fund within the
Eau Claire Community Foundation. The fund focuses on local not-for-profit agencies' technology needs.
